- You can return items purchased from Botticelli within 3 days from the date of delivery, as indicated on the product details page.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, log in to your Botticelli account and submit a return request under the "My Orders" section. You will receive a Return ID for reference.
- Depending on your location, you can choose either pick-up or self-ship options for returning the product.
Refund Policy:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide store credits, as per your preference.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item passes the quality check.
